Corn Vada (Fried Fritter Snack)

Difficulty Rating 5 (Difficult prep, Grinding required, Special Ingredients needed)

1 cup Frozen Corn
¼ cup Rice flour
1 piece Ginger
6 Green Chilies
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Oil

1. In a food processor grind the corn with green chili and ginger.
2. Add rice flour, garam masala and salt.
3. Heat oil.
4. Make balls of the mixture.
5. Fry them until golden.
6. Serve with mint chutney.
