Difficulty Rating 2 (Difficult prep)
1 cup Red Onion diced finely
½ cup Tomato Paste
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Oil
¼ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1. Heat the oil and add all but the onions.
2. Mix the onion in with the paste.
3. Serve chilled as a relish.
